By accessing or using services provided by Navaris Labs ("we," "us," "our"), including our applications and platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Navaris Labs builds production-grade software applications with privacy-first architecture. Some products employ end-to-end encryption, ephemeral data, or other privacy-preserving measures — the specifics are described in each product's documentation. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
You agree not to use our services to transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services.
Some features require a paid subscription. We accept card payments (via Stripe), cryptocurrency, and cash. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Our services, including all software, design, and content, are the property of Navaris Labs. You retain ownership of content you create or transmit through our services. By using our services, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights in our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navaris Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all associated data (profiles, settings, subscriptions) is permanently removed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
